Within the framework of the 22nd Preparatory Conference of 9 provinces of 3 countries Vietnam - Laos - Thailand to share Road 8 and Road 12 (APOTC) held in Nakhon Phanom province, Kingdom of Thailand, on the afternoon of July 23, representatives of 9 provinces signed the minutes of the conference.

Based on the discussions, comments and proposals at the preparatory conference held on the morning of July 23, representatives of the provinces agreed on the content and jointly signed the minutes of the APOTC Conference, and expressed their determination to effectively implement the contents of the signed documents.
This is an important event marking the friendly cooperation between 9 provinces of 3 APOTC member countries. The space and fields of cooperation between the provinces are increasingly expanded and deepened; the content of cooperation is increasingly rich, practical and suitable to the potential and strengths of the provinces in the region. The results achieved by the 9 provinces in implementing the commitments within the framework of the APOTC Association have contributed to the socio-economic development of each province.
