Some limitations in preparing and organizing the meeting
In July, the key task of the Standing Committee and Committees of the Provincial People's Council is to prepare and successfully organize the 9th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2016 - 2021 with many innovations and quality.
However, at the meeting, many opinions also analyzed and clarified some shortcomings and limitations that need to be learned from. The most concerning issue is the initiative and quality of drafting some resolutions that are not of good quality, leading to the fact that although the Provincial People's Council Committees had a plan to review the draft, they had to postpone it due to lack of documents sent, and after reviewing, some drafts had to change about 2/3 of the content of the draft.
On the other hand, the discussion session in the group was lively and of high quality; many "hot" and urgent issues of the province and the people were raised and satisfactorily answered; however, the discussion session in the hall in a public form through live television was not "hot" enough, and solutions were needed to overcome them.

Many opinions expressed concern at the meeting, how the issues discussed, debated and decided at the meeting must create movement in life, affirming the effectiveness and efficiency of the Provincial People's Council "saying is doing".
In the immediate future, the Provincial People's Committee needs to issue a document directing departments and branches to develop implementation plans and bring the Provincial People's Council Resolutions into life as well as urgent issues of concern to voters and people.
And the exciting movement after the 9th session was that after the session, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Thai Thanh Quy directly took part in directing the removal of obstacles to reopen Ho Tong Thoc Street.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee also needs to direct departments, branches, sectors and localities to continue reviewing, having plans, solutions and specific solutions for 123 voters' petitions before the 9th session and voters' petitions at previous sessions that have not been thoroughly resolved; 22 petitions after supervision by the Provincial People's Council, Standing Committee and Committees of the Provincial People's Council; 8 contents in the Notice of conclusion of the questioning session of the 8th session of the Provincial People's Council.
At the same time, review and clarify the responsibilities of departments, branches and sectors that are slow to respond to and resolve voters' recommendations and recommendations after supervision by the People's Council, the Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Council Committees.
