To implement effectively, I think “ideological” work is very important, how to make teachers understand, agree and see the “benefits” of this policy. To implement well, managers must also closely monitor and correctly evaluate the teaching staff in the school and have ways to train and help teachers with limited capacity, not to leave too big a gap in teacher quality.

In addition, we must "stick closely" to the students, not always going in a straight line of drawing lots absolutely. That means in the implementation process, we must be flexible with special students who are mentally handicapped, disabled, or twins, shy students... then give priority to them to choose suitable teachers.

From the 2019-2020 school year, our school will implement a new policy of the Vinh City Department of Education and Training, which is to draw lots for homeroom teachers for grade 6.
