In recent times, under the leadership of the Party Cell, the socio-economy has grown, with an average income per capita of more than 20 million VND/person/year, the rate of cultural families reaching nearly 90%, social security and order always being ensured, and the entire population always uniting and agreeing to take care of building new rural areas and cultural life in the locality.

At the regular meeting in August, Dong Tien Party Cell organized a thematic meeting on the 50th anniversary of the day Uncle Ho sent his last letter to the Party Executive Committee of Nghe An province, and at the same time promoted the implementation of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style among cadres and party members through practical actions, setting an example to the masses to successfully implement the resolutions, targets and tasks set out.

Dong Tien Hamlet, Nghia Hoi Commune has 155 households with 685 people, of which 84 households are Catholic. Dong Tien Hamlet Party Cell has 20 party members, of which 5 are Catholic.

Party members in the Party Cell also discussed and reached consensus on leadership and direction of production, planting, care, and prevention of summer-autumn crop diseases in the area; directed political and social organizations to mobilize the entire population to unite in building a cultural life in residential areas, build a model of the entire population participating in ensuring security and order in religious hamlets, thereby expanding it to the entire area; directed the promotion of African swine fever prevention, prepared plans to prevent storms and floods; built clean and beautiful rural roads, etc.

Attending the meeting, comrade Kha Van Tam highly appreciated Dong Tien Party Cell for always promoting its role as a core leader at the grassroots level, bringing the contents of Party cell activities close to political events, closely following the reality of the locality, promptly directing the resolution of people's thoughts and aspirations.

He emphasized that in the Party cell activities, it is necessary to closely follow the monthly orientation of the Provincial Party Committee and strictly implement the Party cell activities regulations according to Instruction No. 12-HD/BTCTW, dated July 6, 2018 of the Central Organizing Committee on a number of issues to improve the quality of Party cell activities.

Besides, the Party Cell leads the people to continue to maintain the achieved new rural targets, especially promoting the targets of improving the material and spiritual life of the people so that the new rural areas are sustainable.

Next, comrade Kha Van Tam informed the party members about the core contents of the Party and State's anti-corruption work in recent times; the recent situation in the East Sea and the Party and State's policies and guidelines in resolving complicated issues in the East Sea to maintain the country's territorial sovereignty, while ensuring a peaceful and stable environment for national development.

Thereby, he suggested that cadres, party members and people need to raise their vigilance and fight against erroneous and hostile viewpoints that take advantage of the above issues to incite and distort in order to sabotage the country.
