The teams have to go through 3 rounds: Knowledge, talent and presentation. The competition shows that the grassroots propaganda force is not only good at expertise and profession but also creatively and skillfully applies knowledge and skills to fulfill practical requirements.
At the end of the 3 rounds, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to Nghia Dan town; the second prize to Nghia Loi and Nghia Phu communes; the third prize to Nghia Binh and Nghia Lac communes.
