Two 'death' bridges in Yen Thanh district have been invested with more than 35 billion VND to replace them.
(Baonghean.vn) - Before the information published by Nghe An Newspaper "Potential dangers from 3 old bridges in Yen Thanh" and "Bridges of death", recently these 2 bridges have been invested with more than 35 billion VND for new construction.

The two bridges invested in are Yen Dinh bridge in Duc Thanh commune and 1 bridge in Ma Thanh commune crossing Vach Bac river.

Surveys show that both bridges were built in the 1970s and are now seriously degraded, with high potential for traffic accidents. Therefore, the Japanese JICA project has invested in replacing the two bridges.

Construction of the two bridges began on August 1st and is expected to be completed by the end of April 2020, making it easier for people to travel.

(Baonghean.vn) - Nghi Kieu Commune, Nghi Loc District has many bridges that were built many years ago. Among them, Tro Sa Bridge and Be Bridge have narrow and severely damaged surfaces. Accidents often occur here, causing casualties to traffic participants.
