The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision 2821/QD - UBND dated July 26 on promulgating the Plan to organize the implementation of the Emulation Movement "Nghe An officials, civil servants and public employees compete to implement office culture" for the period 2019 - 2025.
The emulation content for the collective is "Emulation to build civilized, modern, green, clean, and beautiful agencies and units", including: Building and promulgating policies, regulations, rules, and statutes of agencies and units on office culture; promoting administrative reform, publicity, transparency, simplifying administrative procedures, and shortening the time to handle work at agencies and units.
Widely apply information technology in the operations of agencies and units; build and maintain civilized, modern, green, clean and beautiful agencies and units.
Organize practical and effective emulation movements with rich and diverse content and forms, closely following the political tasks of the agency and unit to attract and gather the participation of cadres, civil servants and public employees, contributing to the successful completion of assigned tasks.
As for cadres, civil servants and public employees, "Competition to implement discipline, responsibility, dedication and professionalism" includes: Strictly complying with discipline and administrative discipline; professionally implementing expertise and profession.
Working spirit and attitude: dedicated, serious, responsible; following standards in communication and behavior; regularly cultivating and practicing standards of ethics and lifestyle.
Dress neatly, cleanly, politely, and appropriately for the nature of the job; actively participate in patriotic emulation movements launched and organized by agencies, units, and localities.
The plan also sets out specific implementation solutions; emulation standards for collectives and individuals, especially implementing standards in communication and behavior. The emulation movement "Nghe An officials, civil servants and public employees compete to implement office culture" for the period 2019 - 2025 will be held in 2022; the final round will be held on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2025 (National Day September 2, 2025).
