(Baonghean.vn) - This was emphasized by the Standing Vice President of the Vietnam Public Employees' Union, Nguyen Giang Tue Minh, at the training conference on trade union work for trade union officials under the Vietnam Public Employees' Union and trade union officials of public employees in provinces and cities in the Northern region.

Attending the conference, on behalf of the Vietnam Public Employees' Union were Comrade Ngo Duy Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, President of the Vietnam Public Employees' Union; the Standing Vice Presidents of the Vietnam Public Employees' Union: Phan Phuong Hanh, Nguyen Giang Tue Minh; representatives from relevant ministries and sectors; and 220 delegates who are officials of the Public Employees' Union from provinces and cities in the northern region.
Representing Nghe An province were: Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor; and Ms. Dao Thi Thanh Mai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Union of Civil Servants.
The conference conveyed five topics to the participants, including: the content of the Resolution on improving the quality of patriotic emulation movements and campaigns among cadres, civil servants, and public employees; an introduction to some basic contents of the "Public Service Culture" Project; skills in ensuring information security when disseminating information and mobilizing trade union members, cadres, civil servants, and public employees on social media; opportunities and challenges for the Vietnam Trade Union in integration and participation in the Comprehensive and Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (CPTPP); and the implementation of the "Civil Servants and Public Employees Say No to Negativity" campaign.

Comrade Nguyen Giang Tue Minh affirmed that in recent times, many emulation movements of the Trade Union of civil servants have become increasingly practical and in-depth, creating motivation to encourage individuals and collectives to develop dynamism and creativity to excel in fulfilling all assigned tasks.
However, alongside the achievements, many movements remain superficial, in many places they are not closely linked to the political tasks of each unit, and the awarding of commendations is not timely...
“In the new situation, it is necessary to continue to propagate and create a strong shift in the awareness of workers and employees regarding the importance, purpose, meaning, and effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements. Continue to organize patriotic emulation movements well, linking them with studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings to build a strong and comprehensive team of cadres, civil servants, and public employees,” emphasized Comrade Nguyen Giang Tue Minh.

At the training session, participants were also introduced to the basic contents of the "Public Service Culture" Project. This contributes to shaping a standardized style of conduct and work practices for officials, civil servants, and public employees; ensuring professionalism, responsibility, dynamism, transparency, and efficiency in the performance of duties and public service to meet the increasingly high demands of society.
