Hundreds of early Mid-Autumn gifts for children in border areas

(Baonghean.vn) - Children in Keng Du commune had a full moon party, carried star lanterns and received many meaningful gifts.

On the evening of August 29, Keng Du Border Post, Nghe An Border Guard coordinated with the volunteer group of Border Guard Veterans, police and businesses of Nghe An province to organize an early Mid-Autumn Festival and give gifts to students in the border commune of Keng Du (Ky Son).

The festival attracted a large number of children in Keng Du commune to participate. With the theme "Warm clothes for the border, happy Mid-Autumn Festival", the children had fun breaking the full moon cake, carrying star lanterns and participating in many fun games.

The organizers also presented 400 warm clothes and 400 mid-autumn lanterns to the children. The cost of the gifts was donated by veterans of the border guards, police and businesses in Nghe An province.
