At 2:00 AM on September 1st, on National Highway 1A passing through Hamlet 8, Nghi Dien Commune, Nghi Loc District, the special task force caught two individuals red-handed engaging in the illegal buying, selling, and transportation of fireworks.

Upon inspecting the container truck driven by the suspect Luc, bearing license plate 89C - 128.94, the task force seized 90 boxes of firecrackers (each containing 36 firecrackers) with a total weight of 126 kg.

At the police station, the two suspects confessed that, due to their prior acquaintance, they had conspired to do business together. Luc's role was to purchase fireworks from northern provinces and transport them to Nghe An, while Tuan's role was to find buyers for the fireworks to be sold.
