(Baonghean.vn) - At the conference to deploy the contents of implementing Notice No. 55 of the Politburo to develop Vinh city, which took place on the morning of September 8, under the witness of delegates, leaders of Nghe An province presented the minutes of cooperation to investors.

Comrades: Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented 11 Memorandums of Understanding on investment cooperation signed between the Provincial People's Committee and Groups and General Corporations on researching and preparing investment proposal documents for projects in the fields of urban development, services, trade and tourism in Vinh city.

And especially, at the conference, the signing ceremony between Vinh City People's Committee and Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group on cooperation in developing smart urban areas for Vinh city was witnessed and the announcement ceremony of three information technology products, including: VNPT e-Cabinet paperless meeting room system, safe agricultural product - food supply and demand connection system and Orim - X online interactive reflection management system sponsored by VNPT Group for Vinh city.
