Man wins jackpot 3 times in 1 year
An American man made everyone jealous when it was announced that he won the lottery three times in just one year.
The unusually lucky man is Richard Joyner, 52, a resident of Havre de Grace, Maryland, USA. Mr. Joyner has just arrived at the Maryland Lottery headquarters to claim the jackpot prize of the Racetrax game.

Joyner told UPI that while at an Aberdeen Sunoco gas station last weekend, he decided to play his favorite virtual horse racing game, Racetrax.
He bought a Superfecta ticket (a bet on four horses to finish first in order) for 11 races and added several other tickets for individual computer races.
At the end of the game, the four horses with numbers 12, 9, 5 and 2 all finished first, second, third and fourth respectively as Mr. Joyner chose. This means he took home the cash prize of up to 43,018 USD (more than 1 billion VND) of the Racetrax game.
Notably, this is not the first time Mr Joyner has won the jackpot. In the past 12 months alone, he has won the Racetrax jackpot three times, with the other two being $15,252 in January this year and $39,697 in September last year.
The man who won the lottery three times confided that he spent all his winnings to pay off his debts and save for his old age.
