In recent times, the enforcement of civil judgments in Nghe An province has achieved many important results, with a high rate of enforcement. Coordination between levels and functional sectors, especially the coordination between the Enforcement Agency and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, has become increasingly in-depth and effective.
However, the number of enforcement cases has recently increased dramatically. From the beginning of 2019 to now, the total number of cases handled is 19,965, an increase of 2,103 cases (12%) compared to the same period in 2018.
