Nghi Loc District Youth Union representative won first prize at the Provincial Youth Union's Excellent Reporter Festival
(Baonghean.vn) - From 50 candidates representing the team of reporters and propagandists from 27 Youth Union units at district, city, town levels and affiliated Youth Unions participating in the 3rd Provincial Youth Union's Excellent Reporters and Propagandists Festival, the Organizing Committee selected the best candidate from Nghi Loc District Youth Union.
On the evening of September 9, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union organized the final program and awarded prizes to the 3rd Provincial Youth Union's Excellent Reporters and Propagandists Festival.
10 provincial-level reporters and 40 grassroots reporters did well in the knowledge test, of which 3 candidates achieved a perfect score of 25/25. Many tests showed new discoveries and highly convincing expressions. In the debate round, the grassroots reporters basically presented their presentations well, with the right content and engaging the audience.
At the end of the 3 rounds, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to contestant Nguyen Duc Loc - Member of the Standing Committee of Nghi Loc District Youth Union.

Second Prize went to 2 contestants: Nguyen Anh Tuan - Secretary of the Provincial Political School Youth Union and Dang Thi Thuy - Secretary of the Provincial Police Staff Department Youth Union.
Third Prize was awarded to 3 contestants: Nguyen Thi Bich - Member of the Youth Union Executive Committee of Quy Hop III High School (Quy Hop); Nguyen Ba The - Youth Union of Hung Nguyen District Police; Hoang Thi Hoai Thu - Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Kim Lien Relic Site (Nam Dan).
The Organizing Committee of the Festival also awarded 10 Consolation Prizes. In particular, the 3 best contestants of the competition will be selected to represent Nghe An Provincial Youth Union to participate in the Final Round of the 2nd National Reporter Festival in Ho Chi Minh City in the near future.

In the end, the Youth Union of Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Team No. 7 - Provincial Police Youth Union won the first prize of the contest. 2 second prizes went to the White Blouse Volunteer Youth Club - Vinh Medical University; comrade Vuong Van Chau - Secretary of Nghi Huong Ward Youth Union (Cua Lo Town). 3 third prizes went to groups and individuals: Tan Huong Commune Youth Union (Tan Ky); Bui Thi Giau - Secretary of Hung My Commune Youth Union (Hung Nguyen); Vi Van Quang - Secretary of Tho Son Commune Youth Union (Anh Son).
Seven groups and individuals were awarded the Encouragement Prize. Hung Nguyen District Youth Union received the collective prize for having the most entries.
Also on the evening of September 9, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee held the launching ceremony of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Theory Club for the 2019-2022 period with 24 members from Youth Union organizations at all levels.
This is a model that gathers cadres, union members, and young people who love and are capable of researching and exchanging about theory and politics to contribute to the successful implementation of the Project "Strengthening education on revolutionary ideals, ethics, and cultural lifestyle for young people in the period 2018 - 2022".
The Club organizes online activities once a month and in-person activities once a quarter in conjunction with the provincial-level conference of reporters and propagandists organized by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union.
The Club is directly managed by 1 Chairman (belonging to the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee) and 2 Vice Chairmen (of which 1 is a member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Youth Union Propaganda Department).
