Nghe An fishing boat sinks in Quang Binh: 1 body found under the sunken ship
(Baonghean.vn) - Relatives of the missing crew members in Quang Binh have just informed the authorities of Son Hai commune (Quynh Luu) that the body of fisherman Tran Van Thien (55 years old) was discovered under the sunken ship.
Mr. Cao Xuan Diep - Secretary of the Party Committee of Son Hai Commune (Quynh Luu) said that at 10:50 am today, September 15, relatives of crew member Tran Van Thien, who were directly in Quang Binh, reported that they had found Mr. Thien's body under the fishing boat that had sunk and gone missing since September 5.

According to information, in recent days, many fishermen in Quang Binh have approached the sunken ship to both search for fishermen and salvage machinery. This morning, this group of fishermen dived deep into the ship and unexpectedly discovered a fisherman's body trapped, wrapped inside a tarp. Immediately after that, the fishermen quickly reported the news to the authorities.
Currently, rescue and recovery work for the fisherman's body that was just found is being carried out by authorities.
Thus, up to this point, the fishing boat NA 93010 TS with 7 crew members on board, all of whom are fishermen from Quynh Luu, had an accident in the sea of Quang Binh on September 5. Of these, 5 fishermen were rescued, 1 missing fisherman had his body found, and the remaining fisherman, Dau Ngoc Cam (61 years old), died but his body has not been found./.
