The Blue Dragon Children's Organization has just coordinated with Nghe An Police to bring Ms. Ho Thi Hien (44 years old, Quynh Bang commune, Quynh Luu district) back to her family. Ms. Hien is a victim of human trafficking, tricked into being sold as a wife to a Chinese man for 25 years. The reunion took place in tears, because when she returned, both her parents had passed away long ago after many years of waiting for news of their daughter.
At the age of 18, Hien was kidnapped while working at a local restaurant and taken to China by human traffickers, who sold her as a wife in a remote rural area. Every day, she endured beatings from her husband's family.

In early September 2019, members of the Blue Dragon Organization found Ms. Hien in Jiangxi Province, China. A few days later, she was rescued and brought back safely to her country. Having been sold at a young age, Ms. Hien forgot her mother tongue, and all information about her family and birthplace was very vague. She told the Blue Dragon Organization that she only remembered that she was from Quynh Luu.
Receiving this little information from the Blue Dragon Organization, for 2 days, the Criminal Police Department made efforts to search for Ms. Hien's relatives in Quynh Luu.After checking and verifying all the missing cases in the area for many years, the police finally found Ms. Hien's relatives.
