Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Government: Inauguration of the Monument and Traffic Road Project

On the morning of September 16, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies solemnly held the inauguration ceremony of the Monument and rural traffic road project in Hamlet 6, Quang Son Commune, Do Luong District.

This is a practical activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament (1969 - 2019), the 50th anniversary of implementing his last letter to the Party Committee and people of Nghe An (July 21, 1969 - July 21, 2019) and the 65th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee (September 22, 1954 - September 22, 2019).

Attending the ceremony were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; former Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee; Nguyen Nam Dinh - Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee; former leaders, cadres, party members, and employees of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee through the periods; representatives of Do Luong district leaders and cadres and people of Hamlet 6, Quang Son commune.

The Party Committee of the Provincial Civil Party Committee of Nghe An Province, now the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, was established on September 22, 1954. In 1966, when the resistance war against the US entered a fierce phase, the US imperialists waged a destructive war in the North. To ensure safety, the Party Committee of the Provincial Civil Party Committee evacuated to Ru Trau, Lang Thuong hamlet, now hamlet 6, Quang Son commune, Do Luong district.

Here, the Party Committee, cadres, party members and workers of the unit have been loved and protected by generations of cadres, party members and people to complete the tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee.

Remembering and expressing gratitude for the people's sentiments, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc unanimously adopted the policy and mobilized party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the provincial-level CCQ Bloc to contribute cash and materials with a total value of nearly 400 million VND, in coordination with the Party Committee, the Executive Committee, the Front Working Committee, and the people of Hamlet 6, Quang Son Commune to build a sports playground in the Cultural House campus, build rural roads, and a Monument.

After more than 5 months of construction with a spirit of urgency, enthusiasm, thoughtfulness and science, 3 projects were completed ensuring quality and aesthetics, on schedule to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Party Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Block Nguyen Nam Dinh emphasized: "Although the works do not have great material value, they are symbols of the solidarity, trust, love, and deep gratitude of the Party members of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Block towards the people of Hamlet 6, Quang Son Commune in the past and in the future."

He hoped that the cadres and people of Hamlet 6, Quang Son Commune would do a good job of managing, preserving and promoting the project effectively; continue to build and expand the remaining roads, complete the cultural institutions of Hamlet 6 to become a place for community activities for the people and soon become a new rural hamlet.

The Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies needs to focus on propaganda so that cadres and party members of the Party Committee agencies through the periods, Party organizations, cadres and party members in the bloc spend time visiting Hamlet 6, Quang Son Commune, Do Luong District, thereby continuously educating the Party Committee's traditions in the stages of progress with the homeland and the country.
