Arrested more than 10 subjects who stole more than 40 dogs at night
In just one night, this group of people stole more than 40 dogs and brought them to the gathering point to buy and sell.
On the morning of September 15, the Criminal Police Department of Thanh Hoa Province Police arrested the following subjects: Le Thi Phuong (born in 1985, in Xuan Giang Commune, Tho Xuan), Tran Van Thang (born in 1986, in Tho Hai Commune, Tho Xuan), Lai Khac Hung (born in 1981, in Xuan Hung Commune, Tho Xuan)... to investigate and clarify the acts of using dog-stealing devices and organizing the buying and selling of dogs.

Initial information is known, on the night of September 14 and early morning of September 15, a group of subjects organized to use means such as electric shock, iron baskets, packaging... to steal dogs from people concentrated in Tho Xuan, Quang Xuong districts, and Sam Son city.
In just one night, this group of people stole more than 40 dogs and brought them to the gathering point to buy and sell.
The Criminal Police Department of Thanh Hoa Province Police informed and requested families in Tho Xuan, Quang Xuong districts, Sam Son city... who lost their dogs on the night of September 14 and early morning of September 15 to contact the unit to confirm and receive their lost dogs.
Currently, the case is being further investigated and expanded by the authorities.
