On the afternoon of September 16, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies (CCQ) held a conference to summarize emulation activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament; and the 65th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies (September 22, 1954 - September 22, 2019).
