(Baonghean.vn) - Driving a motorbike without a helmet, when stopped by the traffic police for an administrative check, the subject was discovered to be illegally storing drugs.
Previously, on the afternoon of September 17, 2019, at Km16+400 on National Highway 7A (through Khanh Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district), the Traffic Police working group of Yen Thanh district police was on duty when they discovered Nguyen Dinh Duyen (born in 1990), residing in Khanh Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, driving a motorbike with license plate 37P1 - 392.04 without wearing a helmet.

Through administrative inspection of people and vehicles, the Traffic Police working group of Yen Thanh District Police discovered that Duyen had 2 small packages of white powder (suspected to be heroin), weighing 3.4 grams.
According to the initial declaration of Nguyen Dinh Duyen, the 2 packages of white powder he carried on his person were heroin.
The Traffic Police Working Group has drawn up a record of temporary detention of the person and vehicle and brought them to the District Police and handed them over to the Investigation Police Agency for further investigation and handling according to the provisions of law.
