Arrest of suspect in inter-district dog theft ring in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn)- On the way to sell 15 dogs, Nguyen Duy Truy (born 1969), residing in Yen Thanh district, was arrested.
At 3:00 a.m. on September 17, the people's patrol team of Tan Ho hamlet, Tan Long commune (Tan Ky) caught a suspect in a dog stealing and selling ring.

The arrested person is Nguyen Duy Truy (born 1969), residing in hamlet 9, Van Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, with evidence of 15 dogs.
The investigation revealed that the dogs were purchased from Thao and Tuan (residing in Do Luong district). After stealing dogs in several communes in Tan Ky district, Thao and Tuan gathered them at the sugarcane field in Nghia Phuc commune, then contacted Truy to sell them.
