On September 19, 2019, the Prime Minister signed Decision 1229/QD-TTg appointing Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Post Corporation (Vietnam Post) to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Information and Communications.
