Yen Thanh announces merger of neighborhood and hamlet Party branches.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 22nd, the Party Committee of Yen Thanh Town held a ceremony to announce the merger of 8 neighborhood/hamlet Party branches into 4 block Party branches, including: Block 1, Block 2, Block 3, and Block 4.
According to Project 09 of the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Project 04 of the Standing Committee of the Yen Thanh District Party Committee, and Plan 1253 of the Yen Thanh District People's Committee, the Yen Thanh Town Party Committee issued Project 09 on the establishment of new hamlet blocks. Accordingly, the Party branches of 8 hamlet blocks were merged into 4 block Party branches, including: Block 1, Block 2, Block 3, and Block 4, with 303 Party members.

At the announcement ceremony, the Party Committee of Yen Thanh Town presented decisions appointing Party committee members, secretaries, deputy secretaries, and committee members to four newly established Party branches. Heads of town departments and organizations also presented appointment decisions for branch chairpersons and vice-chairpersons of the Fatherland Front, women's associations, veterans' associations, youth unions, and farmers' associations.
On this occasion, the leaders of the District Party Committee and the Town presented flowers to express their gratitude to 32 comrades from 8 hamlets who will no longer be participating in the Party branches and mass organizations within their respective hamlets.
