Multiple accidents on National Highway 1A through Nghe An, sleeper bus crashes head-on into tree
(Baonghean.vn) - On the way carrying 24 passengers from Vinh to Hanoi, a sleeper bus suddenly had to avoid a motorbike crossing the road, crashed into a car on the sidewalk in the opposite lane, and then crashed into a tree.
The series of accidents occurred at 3:50 p.m. on September 23 on National Highway 1A in Quynh Thach commune, Quynh Luu district, Nghe An.

Accordingly, at the above time, the sleeper bus with license plate 90B-002.98 carrying 24 passengers was traveling from South to North, when reaching Quynh Thach intersection, it suddenly collided with a motorbike with license plate 37L2-156.14 driven by a man about 40 years old turning left in the same direction.

The strong collision caused the motorcyclist to fall onto the road and suffer serious injuries. The sleeper bus continued to veer to the left, hitting a 4-seater car parked on the sidewalk and then straight into a tree and was "pinned" there.

At the scene, the front of the bus was broken into many pieces, severely damaged, passengers panicked and called for help in the car but luckily all only suffered minor injuries. The accident caused traffic congestion in front of the Quynh Luu District General Hospital in both directions.
Immediately after the accident, local people took the victim to Quynh Luu General Hospital for emergency treatment and called the Traffic Police of Quynh Luu District Police to handle the incident.
