In the first 9 months of 2019, the Department of Transport also revoked the Transport Business License of 1 unit; revoked the approval to operate bus routes of 02 units; revoked the vehicle operating badges of 335 vehicles; erased the marks and announced empty hours for 125 cases of vehicles violating on fixed passenger transport routes.
The Department is also continuing to invest in bus stations such as the East of Vinh City, the North of Yen Thanh, Muong Xen (Ky Son), Quynh Hong (Quynh Luu). Eliminate illegal bus stations, minimize illegal buses, buses running in circles to pick up and drop off passengers; currently operating 233 fixed passenger transport routes (including 184 inter-provincial routes, 42 intra-provincial routes, 07 Vietnam-Laos inter-provincial routes); 16 bus routes. Organize and implement passenger transport well to serve the occasion of the Lunar New Year and the Spring Festival 2019, April 30, May 1, etc.

Previously, Nghe An Department of Transport issued a document suspending bus route No. 05 (Vinh inner city - National Highway 1A - National Highway 7B - Yen Thanh town). The temporary suspension period is from September 29 to October 5, 2019 (when the unit finishes fixing the violation). The reason for the temporary suspension of the Dong Bac bus company to Yen Thanh is that recently, the company has had 16 buses running this route, most of which have deteriorated.
The Department of Transport has asked this bus company to replace 5 buses, the remaining buses must be repaired and maintained to ensure traffic safety. Not to mention that the Dong Bac bus company running the Vinh City - Yen Thanh route recently also violated the law of stopping and picking up passengers beyond the prescribed time.
