Nghe An: Saving a suicidal woman trapped on the 10th floor of an apartment building

Informing us at noon on October 2, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Ngoc Cuong said that the ward police had just coordinated to successfully rescue a woman who attempted suicide but was trapped and hanging on the railing of an apartment on the 10th floor of an apartment building.

Accordingly, at around 11:30 a.m. on October 1, Ms. BTH (born in 1982, permanent residence in Hung Binh ward) suddenly climbed out onto the railing from apartment 10xx, on the 10th floor of Trung Duc apartment building, at 2 Le Loi street, Tan Yen block, Hung Binh ward, Vinh city, with the intention of jumping off the building to commit suicide. However, she was stuck on the railing, and was promptly held back by her family and reported to the police.

Upon receiving the news, Hung Binh Ward Police deployed forces to the scene in time, along with building security and residents to rescue the woman. Accordingly, along with mobilizing a number of large mattresses placed below, the police force and building security used ropes to tie the woman, along with 2 ward police officers climbing to the railing to assist in bringing her in.

Initial information, this woman was entangled in business, leading to debt, so she had to think of suicide.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Ngoc Cuong, who was in direct command at the scene, said: We had previously notified the rescue force for assistance, but after we had freed the woman from the trapped area, we had to postpone the call. To save this woman in time, there were also 3 ward police officers, apartment security guards, and the support of her family and people nearby, otherwise it would have been very difficult.
