In particular, voters also requested the National Assembly, the Government, ministries, central branches and local authorities to allocate funds to establish a gene bank, on the basis of which DNA can be identified for comparison, searching and identifying relatives of martyrs. In the context of increasingly old and weak relatives of martyrs, this is also a way to avoid problems arising later, especially demonstrating humanity in policies towards martyrs and their relatives.

Regarding this issue, the representative of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs also clarified to the voters, stating that the search, collection of martyrs' remains and identification of relatives have received great attention from the Party, the State, and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. Currently, a database for martyrs and their relatives has been built, thereby creating favorable conditions for the collection of martyrs' remains and the work of gratitude.

At the conference, voters also requested National Assembly deputies and provincial agencies and departments to have a mechanism to closely monitor and supervise investment projects. In particular, attention should be paid to projects located in merged communes and hamlets. According to voters, this will ensure the feasibility of the project and eliminate wasteful and inappropriate projects.

Issues such as administrative reform; farmers abandoning their fields; moral degradation among a number of cadres and party members, especially officers in the armed forces; overcharging in schools... were also mentioned and reflected by voters.

There is a phenomenon of press harassment of businesses and people.

Regarding this issue, voter Nguyen Trong Suu, hamlet 5, Trang Son commune, reflected that recently, many reporters and collaborators from a number of central and local newspapers and magazines have come to the area to learn, report and write articles. Current issues and the situation of the commune and district have been promptly reported. However, reality also shows that there are many reporters, collaborators and people in the name of journalism who have harassed people and businesses.

To prove his point, voter Suu said that, regarding the exploitation and trading of land, sand and gravel in the area, many reporters have put pressure and "terrorized" the spirit of business owners for unclear purposes. In the context of localities focusing on building new rural areas, it is inevitable that some problems will arise regarding the environment and traffic. However, the frequent presence of too many reporters and collaborators in the area has greatly affected the psychology and spirit of the people and businesses.
