(Baonghean.vn) - Phuc was on his way to deliver 2,800 synthetic drug pills and 11 grams of heroin to addicts when he was arrested by the police.
Previously, on September 24, Dinh Van Phuc (born in 1981), residing in Huoi Cam village, Nam Nhoong commune, Que Phong district, transported 3,000 synthetic drug pills and 16 grams of heroin. When Phuc passed through Thai Hoa town, he was checked and arrested by local authorities.
