Voters of Yen Thang commune also proposed that the authorities invest in transport infrastructure, schools, and electricity grid; have appropriate policies to help ethnic minorities reduce poverty; have employment policies for ethnic minority students after graduation; improve the regime and allowances for non-professional cadres at commune and village levels; and arrange funding to invest in building a new office for the Party Committee - People's Committee of Yen Thang commune.
At the conference, representatives of a number of relevant units directly explained and clarified issues raised by voters.
The ultimate goal is to ensure people's rights.
Concluding the Conference, National Assembly delegate Nguyen Thanh Hien received voters' opinions and feedback, and said that the Party, National Assembly and State pay great attention to the lives of people in the highlands.
The programs and projects for overall socio-economic development for mountainous areas in recent times have shown that.
Regarding the safety of the power grid infrastructure in the area, the Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation said that the Ministry of Industry and Trade has currently responded in writing and has a plan to address the demand for electricity in remote, isolated, and disadvantaged areas.
The Electricity Group has assigned the Northern Power Corporation to survey the entire power grid system in specific areas to soon have solutions to supply and serve the people.
