According to information obtained by Nghe An Newspaper, Viettel is approaching Tran Nguyen Manh and Ho Khac Ngoc, while SHB Da Nang is actively pursuing Vo Ngoc Toan and Tran Dinh Hoang. Most likely, the above deals will be announced at the end of October or early November.
