Staff of Vinh University of Technical Education died after falling from the 8th floor
(Baonghean.vn) - Mr. Tho fell from the 8th floor of the hotel to the 2nd floor balcony. Although he was taken to the hospital, he died.
On October 25, the leader of Truong Thi ward (Vinh city, Nghe An) confirmed that a man had just fallen to his death from the 8th floor of a hotel in the ward.

The victim was identified as Mr. Pham Cong Tho (born 1978), Deputy Head of the Accounting Department of Vinh University of Technical Education.
Previously, at around 7am on October 25, many people on the 2nd floor of MTPĐ Hotel (Truong Thi Ward, Vinh City) heard a loud noise, looked out the balcony and discovered a man lying on the balcony.
The victim was taken to Vinh City General Hospital for emergency treatment but did not survive.
A source said the victim fell from the 8th floor of the hotel onto the 2nd floor balcony. The car suspected to be the victim's was still parked in the hotel yard.
It is known that Mr. Tho has worked for many years at Vinh University of Technical Education. The case is currently being further investigated by the authorities.
