What is the future for Vo Ngoc Duc and 3 'veterans' at SLNA?

Not as lucky as their teammates, Vo Ngoc Duc, Tran Dinh Dong, Nguyen Quang Tinh and Hoang Van Binh do not know where they will go or where they will return.
Sharing with Nghe An Newspaper reporter, left-back Vo Ngoc Duc affirmed: “Up to this point, I have not received any calls from SLNA's Board of Directors to discuss signing a new contract. Indeed, I feel very confused. My wish is to continue contributing to my hometown team.”
The anxiety of the player from Quynh Luu is completely understandable, because Vo Ngoc Duc is in the process of recovering from an injury. Not being able to play much this season makes it difficult for the defender born in 1994 to catch the eye of other teams in the V.League.

Similar to Vo Ngoc Duc is the case of the trio of "veterans" Nguyen Quang Tinh, Tran Dinh Dong and Hoang Van Binh - the 3 oldest domestic players of SLNA in the 2019 season. Up to now, there has been no working session between the Board of Directors of Vinh Stadium and the 3 players mentioned above.
To be fair, apart from Hoang Van Binh, the other two players had quite an impressive season in the Nghe An team. Midfielder Nguyen Quang Tinh contributed 3 goals after 22 appearances, while Tran Dinh Dong was one of the SLNA players with the most minutes played - 2,161 minutes.

However, at the age of over 30, the chance for Nguyen Quang Tinh, Tran Dinh Dong, Hoang Van Binh to be recruited by other teams in V.League is not really high. Therefore, if they are not in SLNA's plan, it is very likely that they will retire and participate in coaching training courses.
It is known that Nguyen Quang Tinh and Hoang Van Binh have completed the AFC-issued C-license coaching training course, while Tran Dinh Dong has also submitted an application for this course, which is expected to be organized by AFC at the end of this year.
