Beautiful female student won first prize in the 'Young Narrator' contest of Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - At the end of the final round of the "Junior Narrator" Contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 2 Third Prizes and 4 Encouragement Prizes to the excellent contestants. The pretty female student of Hung Binh Secondary School, Vinh City was honored to win the First Prize.
On the afternoon of November 15, to practically celebrate the 37th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2019) and the 14th anniversary of Vietnamese Cultural Heritage Day (November 23, 2015 - November 23, 2019), Nghe Tinh Soviet Museum coordinated with the Department of Education and Training of Vinh City to organize the final round of the "Young Guide" contest with the theme "Proud of the heroic Soviet homeland".

Attending the event were representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors; leaders of Vinh city, representatives of the Department of Education and Training, teachers and students of secondary schools in the city, and 8 finalists.

The contest "Young narrator" with the theme "Proud of the heroic Soviet homeland" aims to create a useful playground for secondary school students in Vinh city in the form of "learning while playing, playing while learning", helping them expand their knowledge about the tradition of revolutionary struggle, practice life skills, foster and educate love for their homeland and country, and understand the history and heroic revolutionary tradition of their ancestors.

Through that, we educate gratitude, pride, love for the homeland and country, follow the example of heroes and martyrs in the tradition of national struggle, raise awareness of protecting and promoting the value of heritage. The 2019 “Junior Narrator” contest officially kicked off in August, and in September 2019, the school-level competition began, followed by the cluster-level competition. The organization process at the grassroots level took place seriously, selecting 8 outstanding faces to participate in the final round and 4 outstanding performances representing the school clusters.

As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to contestant Nguyen Phan Quynh Anh (Hung Binh Secondary School); the second prize to contestant Tran Ngoc Van Trang (Dang Thai Mai Secondary School); the third prize to contestants Nguyen Thao Huyen (Nghi An Secondary School) and Bui Phuong Vi (Hung Dung Secondary School); the remaining 4 contestants were awarded the encouragement prize.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee also awarded 1 first prize, 1 second prize and 2 third prizes in the art performance competition to the participating school clusters.
