The Vinh City Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term will be completed before August 31, 2020.

On the morning of November 19, Vinh City Party Committee held a conference to disseminate directives, notices, and instructions on Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 13th National Party Congress. Comrade Phan Duc Dong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee delivered a speech at the conference.

Attending the conference, delegates were informed of the basic contents of Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 13th National Congress of the Party; Circular No. 13 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and instructions of the Vinh City Party Committee on preparing and conducting Party Congresses at all levels, term 2020 - 2025; Instruction No. 10 of the Vinh City Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels, term 2020 - 2025.

Accordingly, the Vinh City Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term will be completed before August 31, 2020; the grassroots Party Congress will be completed before June 30, 2020. The time for the model congress for the grassroots Party Committee and Party cells is before March 30, 2020.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Phan Duc Dong - Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee requested Party committees and authorities at all levels; cadres and party members in the entire Party Committee to grasp, understand clearly, and create high consensus on the contents of the congress preparation.
