Previously, at 12:00 noon on November 22, Mr. Le Thanh, his wife Truong Thi Vang and son Le Hung, all residing in Hai Van residential group, Lang Co town, rushed to the Office of the Bac Hai Van Protective Forest Management Board to threaten Mr. Nguyen Van Luong, Deputy Captain of the Forest Protection Team of the Bac Hai Van Protective Forest Management Board.
Here, Mr. Hung threatened him with a long knife, took concrete bricks from the yard and threw them at Mr. Luong twice. As a result, Mr. Luong was seriously injured and had to be taken to the hospital.
