Accordingly, the police of all units and localities must mobilize maximum forces, means, and professional equipment to synchronously and drastically implement measures to contain and reduce traffic accidents, prevent especially serious traffic accidents from occurring, and prevent prolonged traffic congestion to better serve the travel needs of people during the New Year and the Canh Ty New Year 2020.

In particular, on the road, we will focus on handling acts of speeding, carrying oversized, overloaded goods, and carrying more people than the prescribed number; using alcohol, beer, and drugs while driving... Continue to coordinate with the Mobile Police force in patrolling and other violations.

Regarding passenger transport, police units and localities will strengthen inspection, handling and resolution of illegal bus and bus stops, especially passenger buses with 5 to under 12 seats operating illegally in passenger transport business.
