On the afternoon of November 26, the North Central Mobile Police Regiment - Mobile Police Command organized a drill on the 2019 plan. Attending and directing the drill was Lieutenant General Pham Quoc Cuong, Commander of Mobile Police.

The exercise involved more than 1,000 officers and soldiers of the North Central Coast Mobile Police Regiment, with the following contents: Simultaneous performance of 25 and 34 movements, demonstrations of situations, qigong performances, target destruction; techniques and tactics of approaching and destroying targets; handling situations of large crowds, disturbances of security and order, protests, riots...
Through this exercise, officers and commanders at all levels in the Regiment will understand the sequence of steps in preparing and practicing combat. Improve command and management capabilities as well as professional qualifications for officers at all levels, and the ability to coordinate operations between forces.
Practicing scenarios also aims to evaluate the professional level, ability to use and apply CSCĐ techniques, tactics, and skills of officers and soldiers; the ability to use weapons, support tools, and equipped vehicles... From there, lessons are drawn to ensure the deployment to carry out the mission.

Speaking at the drill, Lieutenant General Pham Quoc Cuong, Commander of the Mobile Police, emphasized that in the face of complex developments in crime, order, and social security, the People's Public Security force in general and the Mobile Police force in particular must be proactive in plans, forces, and means to promptly and effectively handle situations that may arise.
Absolutely do not be passive or surprised. First of all, we must ensure security and order before, during and after the New Year and Lunar New Year 2020. Next are party congresses at all levels leading up to the 13th National Congress of the Party, along with many important events of the country... Therefore, training and rehearsals must be carried out regularly.

To complete that task, Lieutenant General Pham Quoc Cuong requested that, after the exercise, officers and soldiers of the North Central Coast Mobile Police Regiment must promptly organize experience sharing, clarify the achievements, as well as point out the limitations and shortcomings. Urgently supplement and complete the situations, ensuring they are close to reality. Along with that, pay attention to training in ethics, lifestyle, and working style for the people in officers and soldiers...
