The traffic accident occurred at 1:30 p.m. on National Highway 46, through Thanh Tuong commune, Thanh Chuong district.
According to witnesses, the car with license plate 37A - 108.18 was traveling on National Highway 46 in the direction of Do Luong - Dung town. When it reached Thanh Tuong commune, it lost control, crashed to the right, broke the road boundary marker, and plunged into a rice field on the side of the road.
