On the morning of December 6, National Assembly deputies including Mr. Phan Dinh Trac - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption; Nguyen Thanh Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An Province; Hoang Thi Thu Trang - Secretary of Nghia Dan District Party Committee; Nguyen Thi Thao - Doctor of the Northwest Regional General Hospital; Moong Van Tinh - Officer of Que Phong District Youth Union had a meeting with voters in Thai Hoa town.

Worried about the situation of fake war invalid records
Voter Le Ke Vinh, Nghia Thuan commune, reflected that according to the Land Law, people have the right to choose the People's Committee at the commune level or a notary organization. However, according to Decision No. 4823/QD-UBND dated October 21, 2013 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on the transfer of the authority to authenticate contracts and transactions from 10 communes and wards of Thai Hoa town to notary organizations, the implementation up to now is no longer appropriate. Therefore, voters proposed that the National Assembly and the Provincial People's Committee should include this list in the decision to abolish a number of legal documents.

Regarding the upgrading of the bridge and road system, voter Dang Quoc Trieu, Quang Phong ward expressed that currently the bridge between Quang Phong ward and Nghia Hong commune is severely damaged, dilapidated, narrow, and in the rainy season, people passing by face accidents that can happen at any time; people have difficulty traveling, especially students cannot go to school.
Faced with this situation, voters recommend that the National Assembly and the State pay attention to and support people in building bridges to facilitate transportation, develop economic trade, and serve people's travel needs.
Voter Cao Viet Mao, Quang Phong ward said that recently, there have been many cases of fake war invalids, including thousands of fake war invalid records discovered in many provinces and cities, affecting the thoughts and feelings of those with merit and their relatives.
Also at the conference, voters reflected on many issues related to policies for people with meritorious services; the guarantee regime for hamlet chiefs and secretaries after the merger; the Agent Orange regime for the third generation...

Speaking at the meeting, Party Central Committee Secretary and Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac responded to a number of voters' petitions.
Regarding the issue of making fake war invalids' records, according to the Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee, implementing the conclusion of the inspection to the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs on the inspection of war invalids' regime, established according to Circular 16/1998/TTLT - Ministry of Labor, Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Public Security in Military Region 4. Through the inspection and examination process of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Nghe An province, Nghe An has currently suspended support and preferential regimes for war invalids and beneficiaries of policies like war invalids in over 800 cases; revoked the regime that was not in accordance with regulations and paid nearly 4.5 billion VND to the State budget.
Violations must be strictly handled, because this issue has a great impact, distorting the meaning of State policies, and damaging the reputation and honor of those who have merit and deserve it.
