Through the process of closely following the area, using professional measures, at 7:30 a.m. on December 10, 2019, at Ngoc Thuong hamlet, Cong Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, the Environmental Police Department of Nghe An police coordinated with Yen Thanh district police to catch Nguyen Van Trong (born in 1982), residing in hamlet 8, Cong Thanh commune, in the act of transporting illegal fireworks for sale.

At the Investigation Agency, the subject Trong could not provide documents proving the origin of the above shipment. Initially, the subject confessed that he bought the fireworks from Kon Tum province to sell, and was arrested on the way back.
