Doctors said this is a special, very rare case, the patient has spontaneous pneumothorax causing lung collapse leading to rupture of the lung apex ligament and bleeding into the pleural cavity.
The disease is common in people with a history of smoking cigarettes and tobacco, and in young people it is common in tall, thin patients. The patient himself has smoked for 5 years and has a history of chronic lung disease.
In this case, if not treated promptly, the patient's life may be in danger due to hemorrhagic shock, hemothorax, and pneumothorax causing mediastinal compression.
