Specifically, this enterprise sold 2,000 liters of Ron 95-III gasoline with inappropriate quality, Octane value (RON) = 94, while according to the penalty standard it is 95. The amount of gasoline sold was worth more than 41 million VND.

For this act, Khanh Loan enterprise was fined more than 123 million VND (3 times the total value of the violating products). In addition, this enterprise also had its certificate of eligibility to trade in petroleum revoked for one month.

Specifically, the unit that sold gasoline to Khanh Loan Company was Nghe An Petroleum Company, but recently this company purchased from another company. This action was fined 40 million VND.

Two months ago, Thien Minh Duc Group Corporation was also fined more than VND 229,667 million by the People's Committee of Nghe An province for selling products and goods with quality that did not comply with the provisions of the corresponding technical standards.

Specifically, this company sold 3,224 liters of E5 Ron 92-II gasoline of unsuitable quality, with an Ethanol content of 0.67% by volume. Meanwhile, according to the National Technical Regulation QCVN 1:2015/BKHCN, the Ethanol content must reach 4-5% by volume.
