Naming 5 businesses selling substandard gasoline and oil in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - These 5 businesses were fined more than 410 million VND for selling gasoline and oil with quality that does not comply with the regulations of the corresponding technical standards.
Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to administratively sanction two petroleum trading enterprises for violations in quality and business activities.
These two enterprises include: Toan Loi Private Enterprise (located in Nghia Binh Commune, Nghia Dan District) and Khanh Loan Private Enterprise (located in Nghia Dong Commune, Tan Ky District). The penalty decisions were issued after the Provincial People's Committee received the violation records transferred by the Department of Science and Technology and the Market Management Department for handling according to their authority.

Toan Loi Private Enterprise sold products and goods of quality that did not comply with the provisions of the corresponding technical regulations. Specifically, it sold 1,000 liters of RON 95-III gasoline of unsuitable quality, with an octane number lower than the National Technical Regulation. For this act, the enterprise was fined VND 82,160 million and had its Certificate of Eligibility for Petroleum Business revoked for a period of 2 months.
Toan Loi Private Enterprise was also fined an additional 50 million VND for purchasing gasoline from an entity outside the distribution system (specifically, the trader selling gasoline to Toan Loi Private Enterprise was Nghe An Petroleum Company, but Toan Loi Private Enterprise purchased gasoline from Hoe Thanh Petroleum Private Enterprise). The total main penalty for the two violations was 132,160 million VND.
Khanh Loan Private Enterprise also sold products and goods with quality that did not comply with the provisions of the corresponding technical regulations. Specifically, this enterprise sold 2,000 liters of RON 95-III gasoline with inappropriate quality, with an octane number lower than the National Technical Regulation.

This enterprise was fined 123,240 million VND, and had its Certificate of Eligibility for Petroleum Business revoked for a period of 1 month. At the same time, it was fined an additional 40 million VND for purchasing petroleum from entities outside the distribution system. The total fine for the two violations was 163,240 million VND.240 million dong
Previously, Chief Inspector of the Department of Science and Technology, Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha, signed a decision to administratively sanction three petroleum trading enterprises for selling products and goods with quality that does not comply with the provisions of the corresponding technical regulations.
The total fine of the 3 businesses is more than 115 million VND.
The penalized enterprises include: Hoe Thanh Petroleum Private Enterprise (address: Kim Tan block, Thai Hoa town); Mai Luong Private Enterprise (address: Nghia Hoan commune, Tan Ky district); Hieu Thang Private Enterprise (address: Nghia Hoan commune, Tan Ky district).
