(Baonghean.vn) – In the friendly match before V.League 2020 taking place at Vinh Stadium on January 4, rookie Hong Linh Ha Tinh surprisingly won 4-2 against Song Lam Nghe An.
After adding 7 young players, mostly born in 1998 and 1999, to the 2020 season squad, Coach Ngo Quang Truong and his players had a practice match with V.League newcomer Hong Linh Ha Tinh.
In this match, SLNA took the field with a lineup including goalkeeper Tran Van Tien, defenders Ngoc Duc, Van Khanh, Sy Nam. SLNA's midfielders included Phu Nguyen, Sy Sam, Van Lam, Ngoc Anh and two strikers Ho Tuan Tai and Ho Phuc Tinh.
Players like Phan Van Duc, Pham Xuan Manh, and Cao Xuan Thang did not play. This made the young SLNA players face many difficulties in playing against the 2019 First Division champions.

In the first minutes of the match, Hong Linh Ha Tinh Club with the advantage of 2 foreign players on the field dominated the game and created more opportunities. Coach Nguyen Minh Duc's students soon took a 2-goal lead from quite methodical attacks by foreign players De Sousa and Duc Trung.
Just a few minutes later, SLNA responded with a delicate move and shot by Ho Tuan Tai, narrowing the score to 1-2. Before the end of the first half, the Nghe An team scored another goal from a corner kick, with Van Khanh heading the equalizer to 2-2.

In the second half, SLNA sent players Quoc Trung, The Nhat, Dinh Tien, Van Viet, Dinh Dong, Ba Duc, Sy Hoang and goalkeeper Van Hoang onto the field to test the lineup. With this lineup, coach Quang Truong's students conceded 2 more goals, Van Duc and Duc Nam were the players who scored for HL Ha Tinh.
The match ended with a score of 4-2 in favor of Hong Linh Ha Tinh. Before that, SLNA also had a friendly match with Thanh Hoa and drew 2-2. In the coming time, the Nghe An team will continue to test foreign players and recruit 3 faces for V.League 2020.
