Detain robber, rape woman in toilet
Ms. S had just entered the women's restroom when a man held a knife to her neck, robbed her, and then raped her.
This afternoon (January 5), the Investigation Police Agency - Thuan An Town Police, Binh Duong Province announced that they are temporarily detaining Kieu Van Liet (born 1996, from Hau Giang) to investigate the case of a woman who reported being robbed and raped in the restroom of the Binh Duong Provincial Labor Culture Center (An Phu Ward, Thuan An Town).

Previously, at around 8:00 p.m. on January 3, the Thuan An Town Police force received a report of a robbery and rape of a woman at the Binh Duong Provincial Labor Culture Center. The victim was Ms. TTS (35 years old, from Thanh Hoa). The police force quickly arrived at the scene to examine and investigate the incident.
Reporting to the police, Ms. S said that as soon as she entered the center's women's restroom, a man held a knife to her neck and robbed her. She gave him her phone. The subject then continued to control and rape her.
Thuan An town police extracted images from the center's security cameras to identify the subject. Images from the camera recorded that after committing the act, the subject jumped over the center's fence and escaped.
From the initial identification, the police have increased their forces to capture the subject. The case is currently being further investigated by the authorities./.
