On the afternoon of January 7, the Nghi Loc District Police Investigation Agency issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute the defendants: Bui Van Duan (born 1994), Bui Van Thien (born 1992), Nguyen Van Ngoc (born 1970) and Bui Van Hue (born 1985), all residing in Hamlet 5, Nghi Van Commune, Nghi Loc District, to investigate and clarify the act of gambling.

Previously, on the afternoon of January 4, Nghi Loc District Police received a report from the public: At the house of Mr. Bui Van Duan, in Hamlet 5, Nghi Van Commune, a number of people gathered, suspected of gambling. The working group of the Criminal - Economic - Drug Crime Investigation Police Team of the unit quickly arrived at the scene to check and verify.
Here, the working group discovered and caught red-handed 4 subjects gambling by shaking dice, including: Bui Van Thien, Nguyen Van Ngoc, Bui Van Hue and Bui Van Duan (the homeowner).
At the scene, the police seized 15.5 million VND, a set of dishes and 4 dice used for shaking the dice. All 4 subjects had no stable jobs.
Currently, the case is under further investigation.
