Developing high-tech agriculture is a development trend aimed at creating new breakthroughs in agricultural production, creating a basis for rapidly transforming our country's agriculture towards industrialization and modernization.
To promote the advantages of the region as well as the province, develop sustainable forestry, and at the same time turn the wood and forest products processing industry into a spearhead economic sector in production and export of the region, according to the project, the high-tech agricultural zone in the forestry sector of Nghe An includes: Concentrated wood processing industrial zone, forestry seedling center, and wholesale market for wood materials.

At the field inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu said that he will make every effort to implement the construction as planned. Accordingly, the construction of the High-Tech Forestry Seedling Center will start in August 2020; The investment certificate for the high-tech wood and non-timber forest product processing area will be handed over to the investor in September 2020. Therefore, relevant sectors will soon complete the project and submit it to the Prime Minister and ministries for approval in March 2020.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment should clarify the procedures to include the land area for the construction of the high-tech wood and non-timber forest products processing zone in the province's land use planning and plan.
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development clarifies the planning for the development of raw material areas and conducts an assessment of the current status and capacity to supply raw materials for wood and non-timber forest product processing activities.
