Many activities to give Tet gifts to the poor in the Spring of the Rat in localities
(Baonghean.vn) - Responding to the call of the Nghe An Provincial Party Secretary to support the program "Tet for the poor - Canh Ty year 2020", on January 8, activities to visit and give gifts to poor households took place in many localities across the province.
In Ky Son district,Comrade Vi Hoe - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council, as head of the delegation visited and presented 120 gifts to poor households in Pha Danh and Ta Ca communes.

In Pha Danh and Ta Ca communes, the delegation presented 120 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND to 120 poor households and policy families. On this occasion, the district allocated 300 million VND from the fund for the poor to present to 600 poor households and policy families in the district.

Here, the delegation presented a total of 60 gifts, with a total value of 60 million VND, divided equally between the two communes. The above gifts were supported and assisted by the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Vinh Branch and Nghe An Agricultural Materials Joint Stock Corporation.
Last year, in the campaignSupporting and helping families with special difficulties to improve their housing, enterprises under the Party Committee of the Bloc mobilized to build 79 solidarity houses with a total value of more than 5 billion VND; In the Tet For the Poor Program Canh Ty 2020, units under the Party Committee of the Bloc initially contributed nearly 7.5 billion VND to help families in difficulty across the province.

Here, the delegation of Nghe An Provincial Military Command presented 20 gifts to 20 poor households and poor children who have overcome difficulties to study well in Nghia Xuan commune, each gift worth 700,000 VND. The delegation of the Logistics Department of Military Region 4 presented 60 gifts to 60 poor households and children with difficult circumstances who have strived to study well, each gift worth 500,000 VND and some necessities. The total amount was 44 million VND. This amount was donated by soldiers in the units.

Nghe An Border Guard Commandorganized the giving of nearly 800 gifts to the poor in 3 communes: Mon Son, Con Cuong district; Tam Hop, Tuong Duong district and Bac Ly, Ky Son district.

On this occasion, the Provincial Border Guard Command also presented 61 gifts to 61 border communes on the two border lines of the province, each gift worth 1,250,000 VND.
