(Baonghean.vn) - According to information from the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, in 2019, inspection commissions at all levels received more than 1,400 complaints against Party organizations and Party members.

In 2019, the inspection committees at all levels in Nghe An received 1,438 complaints, reports, and petitions against Party organizations and Party members (a decrease of 97 complaints compared to 2018). The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee resolved complaints against 1 Party organization and 6 Party members. Lower-level inspection committees resolved complaints against 4 Party organizations and 68 Party members.
The results of the investigation of complaints by inspection committees at all levels show that there were 41 cases where the complaints lacked sufficient grounds for conclusion, 16 cases of false accusations, and 18 cases of accusations that were true or partially true, including 10 cases of true accusations with violations, resulting in disciplinary action against 4 individuals.
According to the conclusions of the relevant authorities, the cases of violations by Party organizations and Party members mainly involved the principle of democratic centralism, working regulations, work regimes, and state policies and laws; violations related to land management and use, and maintaining integrity, ethics, and lifestyle.
Complaints are handled in accordance with regulations, conclusions are reached objectively, and violations are strictly dealt with, helping Party members and Party organizations to clearly recognize their shortcomings and violations so that timely corrective measures can be taken.
