Today, because of work, I had to take the train to Ho Chi Minh City, so I was very worried about the risk of being infected with the Corona virus. Along the way, I saw that almost everyone was wearing a mask to prevent the epidemic, and everyone around me was conscious, so I felt more secure.

I learned about the Corona pneumonia in the days leading up to the Lunar New Year. At that time, there were a lot of people coming and going from different regions, sometimes pushing and shoving each other to buy tickets. During the whole day of ticket sales, I couldn't help but feel worried and uneasy about the possibility of Wuhan pneumonia spreading through the respiratory tract.

I updated information via social networks and learned that the first preventive measure is to wear a mask to limit direct contact with high-risk infections, so I did it that same day. At the same time, I encouraged my colleagues to wear masks and encouraged passengers to get on and off the train to do the same, first of all, to ensure their own health, and then to protect those around them.

At home, as recommended, I wash my hands with soap and drink boiled water to minimize the risk of infection. At the same time, I remind and encourage family members to do the same, all for a safe life, avoiding the risk of illness due to ignorance.

I work in a grocery store and food service in a crowded area, often in contact with customers who come to buy and eat. Among them, many are out-of-town guests, even foreign guests. Therefore, when I heard about the Corona pneumonia and the risk of infection of this disease, I was really worried.

After learning about the information, I saw that the health sector recommends wearing a mask when in contact with people around me to limit the risk of infection, so I immediately did so. At that time, I had masks available, so I gave them out for free to customers who did not have them to raise awareness of prevention and protection for myself and everyone else.

In the food service business, I strictly follow food hygiene and safety in the processing stages, cleaning the kitchen, tables, chairs, dishes and utensils. Because the Corona virus is mainly transmitted through the respiratory tract, it is easily spread in the air. If the environmental hygiene and food processing are not done well, it will easily spread.

I am from Thanh Hoa, married to a man from Nghe An, my family does business and lives in Dong Nai. Last Lunar New Year, my wife, children and I left Dong Nai, went to Ho Chi Minh City to take the train to my paternal and maternal hometowns. Today we went to Vinh to take the train back to Dong Nai, it can be said that the journey was quite long, passing through many localities.

In recent days, information about the Corona pneumonia originating from China, spreading to many countries around the world, including Vietnam, has made my family panic. Especially since the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a global emergency, the panic has increased.

In particular, a few days ago in Thanh Hoa, a woman was quarantined for monitoring and treatment. Recently, Nghe An also quarantined a woman who had just returned from China, and a parent who voluntarily let her child stay home from school because she had just returned from a trip to Hainan Island (China). These things made me really worried throughout the trip, because those were the two places our family visited.

Therefore, there is no other way but to wear a mask regularly, limit contact with crowded places, stay away from people suspected of being infected. And must practice personal hygiene for yourself, your husband and children to limit the risk of infection, go to a medical facility when there are suspicious symptoms...
